According to the news, the corporation is expanding production capacity to meet the growing demand for this type of aircraft.

"The Su-57 is an advanced fifth-generation aircraft that is of interest to both the Russian Aerospace Forces and our foreign partners. We expect this fighter to attract a lot of attention at the Bangalore Air Show. Along with improving the aircraft and promoting it to new markets, specialists of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) are working to expand production capacities to meet the growing demand for this aircraft," the news agency said.

Rostec Corporation considers the Su-57 to be the only fifth-generation fighter in the world that has proven its effectiveness against Western air defense systems in real combat conditions. This type of aircraft is characterized by being difficult to detect by enemy radars, while being able to use a variety of high-precision guided weapons.

Vadim Badekha, CEO of UAC (a part of Rostec Corporation), said that Russia's fifth-generation stealth fighter Su-57 has made a new step forward by integrating advanced sixth-generation technologies.

"We designed this platform with a 50-year vision. From the very beginning, Russian engineers created the possibility of upgrading and adjusting the Su-57 so that it can meet modern combat requirements. We have introduced sixth-generation aircraft technologies into this fighter," said Vadim Badekha.

The Su-57 will be showcased at the Aero India International Aviation and Space Show, which will take place from February 10 to 14, 2025 at the Yelahanka Air Force Base in India. At the UAC booth in the Russian exhibition area organized by Rosoboronexport, visitors to Aero India can "fly" on an interactive flight training device simulating the Su-57E using virtual reality technology.

The Su-57 is a fifth-generation Russian stealth fighter designed for air superiority, precision strike and multi-role capabilities. One of the key features of the Su-57 is its integrated avionics suite, which combines advanced radar, infrared sensors and electronic warfare equipment.

The Su-57 is equipped with two Saturn AL-41F1 engines, allowing it to fly at a maximum speed of 2,600 km/h, a ceiling of 20 km, and a maximum weapon load of about 14 - 16 tons. This fighter has 12 weapon hardpoints, some of which can mount weapons weighing up to 1.5 tons each.
