TCP Vietnam's activities and programs are built on the Group's three core strategies: Perfection - Development - Care. The year 2024 has marked a successful journey, affirming TCP Vietnam's relentless efforts in creating and spreading positive values, while moving towards a sustainable development future.
Enhance the consumer experience
In 2024, Red Bull and Warrior - two brands under TCP Vietnam company, have made strong changes.
Specifically, with Red Bull, through the new message "Go for it", the brand aims for a more youthful image, with the desire to awaken passion, encourage the spirit of daring to pursue dreams and ambitions and always be ready to move forward.
To spread this message, Red Bull has launched a series of exciting activities for young people, creating a strong resonance in the community. Specifically, the series of Drone shows held in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi attracted hundreds of thousands of audiences from all three regions.

Or the Huc Fest music festival held in Hanoi, brought explosive energy to more than 18,500 participants. Along with that, the Huc tour "across Vietnam" journey went through Hai Phong, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City and attracted the participation of nearly 30,000 people.
At the same time, the energy drink brand Warrior has also made a change to get closer to the Gen Z generation with the message "Wake up, play hard". To spread this message, the brand continues to accompany the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association to organize the Vietnam Student Sports Tournament (VUG 10), attracting the participation of more than 10,000 athletes and 800,000 fans.
For two consecutive years, VUG has not only been the largest sports playground for students, but the event has also become a place where passion for sports, solidarity and explosive moments converge. On that journey, the Warrior brand has always accompanied and supported the young people in their journey to replenish energy, break through in each match and fully enjoy the joy with close teammates.
Strong collaboration to energize the community
2024 also marks 5 years of close cooperation between TCP Vietnam and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union (VYU) with a series of meaningful programs for the local community.
In particular, the series of "Youth Workers' Festival - Spreading positive energy" is a continuous effort over 2 years of TCP Vietnam, Red Bull brand accompanying the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Vietnam Young Physicians Association.
In addition to free health check-ups, young workers can also participate in fun, entertainment and exciting sports activities, helping to strengthen friendships, increase motivation to work and contribute. After 2 years of implementation, the program has attracted the participation of 80,000 young workers in 12 provinces and cities with a large workforce such as Da Nang, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Long An, Can Tho, etc.

In particular, in May 2024 alone, the series of festivals "Young workers - Spreading positive energy" successfully supported more than 12,000 young workers.
In addition, during half a decade of companionship, TCP Vietnam and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union have honored a total of 260 exceptional youth examples and 152 beautiful youth examples nationwide.
Specifically, in 2024, from June to October 2024, the program "Shining Vietnamese Willpower" searched for and honored 38 examples of young people with disabilities, continuing to inspire positively and encourage the young generation of Vietnam to continue to break through.
During that time, TCP Vietnam also coordinated the implementation of the "Journey and Award for Beautiful Youth", selecting 20 outstanding young people, representing the young generation of Vietnam in fields such as studying, volunteering, sports, etc.
These programs are not only highly appreciated by the community, but are also in the top 10 typical activities of the Vietnam Youth Union for the 2019-2024 term, affirming the position and commitment of TCP Vietnam in accompanying young people in sustainable development.
Most recently, since September this year, TCP Vietnam has coordinated with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the National Volunteer Center to implement the project "Youth Sports Space - Replenishing Energy, Rejuvenating Youth", bringing quality sports playgrounds to young people, especially in difficult areas and lacking facilities.
Each project has a minimum area of 1,000m², designed to suit the needs of sports and exchanges, including items such as soccer fields, basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball and modern outdoor exercise equipment.
Typically, in Can Tho or Nghe An, old football fields have been upgraded with new grass, new goals, and seating areas for spectators, becoming an ideal space for football matches and physical training. In addition, the project is also equipped with recycling cabinets and bins to encourage people to collect and classify waste at the source, contributing to environmental protection.
By the end of 2024, 9 projects had been handed over to 9 localities, providing ideal spaces for maintaining outdoor sports and recreation activities. The project is expected to complete 20 projects by 2026, promoting active participation of young people in community activities and improving the quality of life.
Join hands to energize the environment
Responding to the Prime Minister's Project on Planting One Billion Trees and the strategic pillar "Caring" of TCP Group, in April 2024, TCP Vietnam coordinated with the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Youth Union and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Forest Protection Management Board to implement the tree planting program "TCP - Journey for a Green Vietnam" (the program was developed based on the TCP Spirit project platform of TCP Group).
“TCP - Journey for a Green Vietnam” aims to raise awareness, contribute to improving the forest ecosystem and minimizing the impact of climate change. At the same time, the program has created conditions for company leaders, employees and local youth to participate in tree planting, directly contributing to environmental protection.

By the end of 2024, the project of planting and caring for 2,700 Lim Xet trees has achieved positive results with a survival rate of over 95% and all trees growing to a height of 1m or more, affirming TCP Vietnam's long-term commitment to preserving the natural environment.
In addition, the workshop “TCP - Journey for a Green Vietnam” for TCP Vietnam employees took place on the same day with the participation of experts and officers of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to provide specific perspectives on the current situation of climate change along with orientations and policies for carbon market development in Vietnam.
Promoting development in 2025
With a series of successful cooperation programs over the years, TCP Vietnam will continue to strengthen cooperative relationships with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, state agencies and social organizations to solve socio-economic and environmental issues as well as spread positive energy.
