On May 26, according to the announcement of the Hai Phong Department of Construction, 806 houses in two buildings CT3A and CT3B of the social housing project at Warehouse 3 Lac Vien in the area of May Chai and Cau Tre wards, Ngo Quyen district, are eligible for business.
Accordingly, each of the above buildings has 403 social housing units that comply with regulations on future real estate conditions to be put into business. These apartments are located from the 3rd to the 15th floor.

Previously, 39 social housing units at lots TT11, TT13, TT15 and TT17 of the social housing project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 were also announced by Hai Phong authorities to be eligible for sale.
The social housing project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 includes 10 15-storey apartment blocks with a total of 4,456 social housing units, 163 7-storey commercial houses and a synchronous infrastructure system with neighboring residential areas.
According to the Project to invest in building at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021 - 2030 approved by the Prime Minister, Hai Phong City was assigned to build 33,500 apartments.
On this basis, Hai Phong City Party Committee issued Resolution No. 09 on social housing development in the area until 2030. Accordingly, Hai Phong plans to build 15,400 social housing units in the period of 2021 - 2025 (putting 80% of these on the market).
In the period of 2026 - 2030, Hai Phong strives to build 18,100 more social housing units for low-income people. Thereby, completing the target assigned by the Prime Minister .
