As with previous cultural events, the food stalls are always carefully monitored to ensure strict requirements on food safety and hygiene, and the typical local dishes are carefully prepared, ready to bring new culinary experiences to the people and tourists. According to the representative of the Provincial Chefs Association, in addition to selling Ninh Thuan's dishes and specialties such as: Banh Can, Banh Xeo, Banh Canh..., the new point of this event is the collaboration between Da Nang chefs and Ninh Thuan chefs to demonstrate the impromptu preparation of new dishes from the province's special ingredients, to stimulate the vision and taste of visitors, such as: Sunny and windy soft drinks; giant grilled skewers; swordfish cutting performance, smoked stone-grilled swordfish... with reasonable prices from 10,000 to 100,000 VND/portion.
In addition to preparing and completing areas and locations to display and introduce cultural products; one of the important parts of the event chain is the art performance program. These days, the space at the Provincial Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe is "hotter" than usual due to the intense practice of the director, choreographers and artists preparing for the special art program to open the event "Ninh Thuan Culture and Tourism Day in Da Nang 2024" taking place on the evening of July 14 and the music night on July 15 "Singing about my homeland Ninh Thuan".

It can be said that, up to this point, with the efforts of the member agencies of the Organizing Committee, the support and companionship of all classes of people, it is hoped that "Ninh Thuan Culture and Tourism Day in Da Nang 2024" will be one of the important events to promote linkages and cooperation in tourism development between Ninh Thuan, Da Nang and the Central coastal provinces; at the same time, diversifying forms of Ninh Thuan tourism promotion, attracting tourists, contributing to the completion of the goal of welcoming 3.2 million visitors in 2024.
