Taking place from April 6 to 9 at September 23 Park (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) with the theme "Intersection - Vibrant Journey", the festival is an annual tourism event jointly organized by the Department of Tourism and the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association. The 19th Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival aims to improve the quality of tourism services and promote tourist destinations in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam in general to tourists, stimulate domestic tourism in the summer of 2023, create conditions for localities and businesses to access and introduce tourism products and services to tourists, especially the city's residents. The event brings together the participation of nearly 100 booths, including 46 booths from provinces and cities along with 30 tourism service businesses and other units.
