December 27, award ceremony Asia Artist Awards (AAA) 2024 took place in Thailand.
AAA is an award that honors the outstanding achievements and international contributions of Korean artists in the fields of television, film and music.

This year, one of the most important Daesang (grand prize) categories, Song of the Year, went to “APT.” by Rosé (Blackpink) and Bruno Mars.
“APT.” is the first K-pop solo artist to win Song of the Year in AAA history.
This is also Rosé's first Daesang trophy in her career as a solo artist. But the Blackpink vocalist was not present to receive the award in person.
NewJeans also won big in the singer categories, with 1 Daesang trophy for Singer of the Year and 2 awards for Best Artist and Best Performance.
In the actor category, Kim Soo Hyun swept many awards, becoming the owner of the Daesang Actor of the Year trophy, and winning the Best Artist, Phenomenon of the Year, and Extraordinary Actor awards.
