Kinhtedothi - On the morning of February 12, in Long Bien district, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Youth Union organized the launching ceremony of "Tree Planting Festival - Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" in the Spring of At Ty and the launch of Youth Month 2025.

At the same time, 10 key target groups were identified and 5 specialized teams were established, including: "Green Hanoi"; "Cultural Hanoi"; "Civilized Hanoi"; "Young Hanoi"; "Sentimental Hanoi". The teams will carry out tasks and activities such as planting trees, cleaning rivers, lakes, ponds, protecting the environment; preventing plastic waste; preserving national cultural identity; training, introducing, and promoting young talents to contribute to the development, construction and protection of the capital; implementing a culture of behavior, building a civilized lifestyle, new rural areas and participating in building civilized urban areas; participating in digital transformation, cultural industry; voluntary blood donation; medical examination, giving free medicine...
The formations will be implemented in conjunction with 10 specific target groups during Youth Month. The activities of the Capital Youth will be associated with the political tasks that the City is promoting such as: environmental protection activities; digital transformation; charity and social security activities; activities to care for, accompany and support young people.
From now until March 31, 2025, the activities of the capital's youth are associated with the political tasks that the city is focusing on promoting implementation such as: improving the quality of the environment and air; planting trees and protecting the environment; digital transformation and popularizing the application of I-HaNoi; charity and social security activities; recruiting new party members...
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented 35 gifts and bicycles to children in difficult circumstances.
After the launching ceremony, the City Youth Union has implemented many practical and meaningful response activities such as: planting 50 new urban trees in lane 201 of Phuc Loi street; donating playground equipment for children in Phuc Loi ward; decorating and inaugurating the self-managed youth road, inaugurating the mural painting project, decorating electrical cabinets, and cleaning up the environment on De Vang street with over 300 union members and young people participating;
Organized career counseling for students of Phuc Loi High School; presented traffic safety school gate models to Phuc Loi Primary School and 56 schools in Long Bien District; visited and presented gifts to 3 policy families in Phuc Loi Ward, Long Bien District... Total value of resources is over 600 million VND.
The Youth Month activities in 2025 were organized and widely deployed by the Hanoi Youth Union to 100% of affiliated Youth Union units, with high action, ensuring practicality, effectiveness and closely following the focus of the Youth Union work and youth movement in 2025, suitable to the actual conditions and situation...
Through practical actions, meaningful youth works and projects to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025); demonstrating the role, responsibility and pioneering spirit of the capital's youth in taking the lead and undertaking the political tasks of the Central and the city.
