The Ministry of Transport has just issued a Decision on prices and price ranges for some specialized aviation services. The new regulations take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, the price list and price range for some specialized aviation services, including: aircraft take-off and landing services; passenger services at airports; aviation security services; aircraft parking lot rental services; passenger check-in counter rental services; baggage conveyor rental services;
Passenger boarding and disembarkation bridge rental services; full-package ground technical commercial services at airports (for airports that still apply the full-package method); automatic baggage sorting services;
Passenger service prices at airports will be calculated depending on whether the flight is international or domestic (Illustration photo).
Price frame for aviation fuel filling services; services using underground fuel filling system infrastructure to supply fuel at airports; concession of aviation service exploitation at airports; essential basic services at airports; space rental services at passenger terminals.
Some services are charged per passenger. Typically, the service price for international flights at Noi Bai Airport is 25 USD/passenger; at Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, Van Don International Airports is 20 USD/passenger; at Phu Quoc Airport is 18 USD/passenger; at Can Tho Airport is 16 USD/passenger.
At airports: Lien Khuong, Cat Bi, Vinh, the service price for passengers on international flights is 14 USD/passenger and this price is 8 USD/passenger at other airports (excluding Cam Ranh International Airport).
For domestic flights, the price of passenger service at the airports: Noi Bai, Da Nang, Tan Son Nhat, Cam Ranh, Cat Bi, Vinh, Can Tho, Phu Quoc, Lien Khuong, Phu Bai, Buon Ma Thuot, Van Don is 90,909 VND/passenger.
At Tho Xuan, Dong Hoi, Tuy Hoa, Chu Lai, Pleiku, Phu Cat airports, it is 72,727 VND/passenger and at Con Dao, Ca Mau, Rach Gia airports, it is 54,545 VND/passenger.
For aviation security services, the price for passenger and baggage security services for international flights is 2 USD/passenger. For domestic flights, the corresponding service price is 18,181 VND/passenger.
