From July 2023, MoMo will officially waive transaction fees for transfers and payments when using MoMo to scan VietQR codes (bank QR codes) with a maximum limit of 10 million/month, with no limit on the number of transactions. At the same time, users who experience using MoMo to scan VietQR codes for the first time to transfer or pay will receive a 10% refund, the program will last until the end of August 2023.

Using MoMo to scan QR codes helps users transfer and pay quickly, easily, conveniently and accurately. Accordingly, users do not need to log in to many different applications, just open MoMo to quickly scan the VietQR code. In addition, users can also transfer money and pay by using any bank account or bank card directly linked without having to pre-load money into MoMo.
