Quang Nam requires overall spatial orientation of type I urban areas
Quang Nam urgently requires determining the overall spatial orientation and administrative boundaries for the development of type I urban areas.
The Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province said that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just given instructions on the implementation of tasks on construction and development of type I urban areas under the province.
Accordingly, Quang Nam province requested the Department of Construction to urgently implement the construction planning for the eastern inter-district area.
In particular, it is important to determine the overall spatial orientation of the type I urban area, determine regional connection options, and connect functions inside and outside the expected type I urban area.
In addition, coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs in the process of determining the administrative boundaries of urban areas for the development of type I urban areas (new district-level administrative units) under the province to study and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and report to competent authorities to organize the establishment of a general urban planning when conditions are met and develop a suitable urban development program.
