Quang Nam cooperates with Viettel on digital transformation in the period 2025

On the afternoon of February 11, in Hanoi, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province and the Viettel Military Industry and Telecommunications Group signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation in Quang Nam province for the period 2025 - 2030.

Attending the signing ceremony were Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Information and Communications.

Here, Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung and Major General Nguyen Dinh Chien, leaders of Viettel Military Industry and Telecommunications Group, jointly signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation in Quang Nam province for the period 2025-2030 with the goal of taking advantage of opportunities from the Fourth Industrial Revolution to promote the process of innovation of growth models, economic structure, development of digital economy and digital society; improve the satisfaction of people and businesses; firmly ensure national defense, security, and protect the ecological environment in Quang Nam province.

Accordingly, the two sides will cooperate on digital transformation, IT application development, information security to build e-Government, Digital Government of Quang Nam province such as proposing digital transformation solutions to serve the direction and administration of the province. Introduce solutions to build information systems to serve people and businesses, solutions on information security, network security. Organize workshops to introduce solutions to develop digital economy in industries and fields in the province to meet the goals of Digital Transformation. Support small and medium enterprises to effectively transform digitally.

Cooperate in the field of training human resources for digital transformation, IT, scientific research, gradually train and develop core forces to advise agencies and authorities at all levels on digital transformation. Cooperate in the field of building and developing digital infrastructure and IT to meet the needs of Quang Nam. Coordinate and deploy the construction of specialized databases, connect and share with the province's shared database. Coordinate the deployment of solutions to serve and implement models under Project 06.
