Nature has favored Thuan An land, Tam Hai commune (Nui Thanh, Quang Nam) with the scenic spots of Ban Than - Hon Mang - Hon Dua and the rich and diverse flora and fauna around the island. This is an advantage for the government and people of the island commune to develop unique and exclusive tourism products.
Following the cliffs around Ban Than Mountain towards the black rocks rising high in the middle of the sea (locals call them Ong Dun - Ba Che), it feels like being in harmony with nature, the earth and sky. The rocks here are an art of arrangement, blending with the waves, the sea and the golden sunlight to create a magnificent natural picture.
From Ong Dun - Ba Che, it seems like all the "specialties" here can be seen. Those are the overlapping rocky outcrops with crashing waves, the cool green Hon Mang - Hon Dua in the distance, the colorful coral reefs stretching around the island, or the bustling image of the islanders working at sea...
Ban Than is an ancient sea shelf, located northeast of Tam Hai commune. Hon Mang is about 2 hectares wide, only about 400m from Ban Than; while Hon Dua is more than 11 hectares wide, 700m from Ban Than.

Surrounding this scenic spot are more than 90 hectares of coral reefs with about 100 species. This is an area with many species of seaweed and seafood of high economic value.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tho - Secretary of the Thuan An village Party Cell said: "To preserve the natural landscape in Ban Than - Hon Mang - Hon Dua, local people regularly clean up and collect garbage on the beach and rocky beaches.
At the same time, we build fishing habits associated with ecological protection, without destroying or damaging corals... Thanks to that, this scenic spot still retains its pristine beauty, attracting more and more tourists.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Dan - Vice Chairman of Nui Thanh District People's Committee said that the recognition of Ban Than - Hon Mang - Hon Dua as a national relic site will be a boost in the district's tourism development orientation.
In the near future, there will be tours formed, connecting many places and landscapes in Nui Thanh with the core being Ban Than - Hon Mang - Hon Dua. It is expected that this will be a unique tourism product attracting visitors, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
