Ngoài 13 dự án chậm tiến độ vừa bị thu hồi, Quảng Bình vẫn còn hàng loạt dự án khác

In addition to the 13 projects that have been delayed and have just been revoked, Quang Binh still has a series of other projects that have been "shelved" for many years, such as the Pullman resort - Photo: QUOC NAM

These projects have a total land use area of more than 39 hectares, with a total investment capital of more than 261 billion VND.

The revocation of these delayed projects is carried out at the request of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Among the 13 projects revoked, there are resort tourism projects such as Phong Nha Xanh eco-resort, Sao Mai resort (both in Phong Nha), Huong Tram garden house project (Dong Hoi city), Nhat Le beach and river hotel...

The Provincial People's Committee requests investors to carry out procedures to terminate project activities and fully perform procedures regarding obligations to the State in accordance with the provisions of law.

Assign the Department of Planning and Investment to guide investors in carrying out procedures to terminate project activities.

It is known that these are projects that have been granted investment policies by Quang Binh province for many years, some projects were even granted for the first time in 2015 and 2016.

However, for nearly 10 years, the implementation of these projects has been almost "at a standstill". The Department of Planning and Investment has proposed that the Provincial People's Committee take a drastic solution of revoking and terminating the project's operations.
