* Launching of Vietnam - India Friendship Association of Nguyen Phat Technical Trading Company Limited
On August 11, the Vietnam - India Friendship Association of the province held a seminar to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the Republic of India (August 15, 1947 - August 15, 2023). Attending the event were Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations Pham Van Chung; representatives of friendship associations and many delegates.
Reviewing the history of solidarity between the people of the two countries in building and defending the Fatherland, the delegates affirmed that over the past 76 years, the Indian people have built a modern industrial and agricultural country with advanced science and technology and a developed culture imbued with national identity; with an important position and influence in the international arena. In particular, since the day Vietnam and India officially established full diplomatic relations (January 7, 1972), the two countries have achieved many great achievements in socio-economic development. The friendly cooperation between the two countries has become increasingly profound. Becoming a strategic partner between the two countries in 2007 has paved the way for the extensive and substantial development of cooperation in all fields.
In Phu Yen, with the goal of improving production efficiency for the mutual benefit of sugarcane growers and production and business activities, social security of KCP Vietnam Industrial Company Limited has promoted and contributed to the economic and social development of 41 communes in mountainous districts and remote areas of the province. The company has preferential policies for sugarcane farmers and social charity activities as well as rural development; it is considered a leading enterprise in the Vietnamese sugarcane industry in terms of output and quality.
On this occasion, the Vietnam - India Friendship Association of the province announced the decision to establish and launch the Vietnam - India Friendship Association of Nguyen Phat Technical Trading Company Limited (Phu Lam Ward, Tuy Hoa City), consisting of 5 members, with Mr. Nguyen Bang Nguyen as the branch president. This is the 11th branch of the Vietnam - India Friendship Association of the province.
