Building trust
In recent times, the Phu Ninh District Party Committee has implemented many solutions to build people's trust in the Party. Accordingly, Phu Ninh has focused on directing the successful organization of extensive political activities from the district to the grassroots level on "Self-reflection, self-correction" and "Steadfast steps under the Party flag".
Through the meeting, each individual and party organization self-evaluates and reflects on the leadership and implementation of political targets and tasks of the agency, unit, and locality.
From there, propose solutions to accelerate the implementation of tasks, soon complete the targets set by the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term. Successfully organize the contest to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2024; the writing contest "Phu Ninh - 20-year journey"...
Notably, the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has been more substantive, linked with helping poor and near-poor households and implementing skillful mass mobilization models.
Through the models, spreading meaningful work, joining hands with the district to implement poverty reduction and environmental criteria. The District Party Committee promptly commended and rewarded 13 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Uncle Ho on the occasion of the 134th anniversary of his birthday (May 19)...
The district also focuses on paying attention to and promptly resolving social security policies. As of July 30, 2024, the district has completed the construction of 66 houses and is building 70 houses for people with revolutionary contributions, poor and near-poor households.
Supported the construction costs of 46 martyrs' graves in the family cemetery with remaining graves with a total cost of 230 million VND. Visited and presented gifts to meritorious people and relatives of workers on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27) and National Day (September 2) with more than 10,000 gifts, with a total value of nearly 9 billion VND.
In addition, the organization of dialogue conferences between leaders of Party committees, authorities, and socio-political organizations of the district with cadres, party members, and people has been focused on. Since the beginning of the year, 10 dialogue conferences have been organized, with more than 1,170 participants.
The content focuses on new rural construction, startups, digital transformation and beneficiaries of revolutionary policies. Directing specialized sectors to organize propaganda and dialogue with resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals...
Fight all signs of recession
In recent times, the study of Party directives and resolutions has been seriously implemented by Phu Ninh district. The District Party Committee has directed to strengthen the management of classes studying Party directives and resolutions.
After each training session, write a report and send a notice on the learning situation of cadres, party members and employees to the Party cells and Party committees under the District Party Committee. Based on the notice, each Party cell and Party committee has remedial measures for cadres, party members and employees under the management of the unit and locality.
With this approach, the study classes on Central Resolutions 8 and 9 (term XIII) and the 2024 topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on building and promoting cultural values and human strength, contributing to building Quang Nam into a fairly developed province of the country by 2030"... took place seriously.
Phu Ninh District Party Committee has directed the District Political Center to improve the quality of political theory training and development classes. For each class, in addition to essay tests, each class conducts multiple-choice tests to help students grasp the knowledge in the lessons systematically.
For lecturers, a survey was conducted to collect students' opinions on three aspects: teaching methods, theoretical knowledge, and practical knowledge. The survey results are the basis for each lecturer to self-adjust his/her professional capacity and pedagogical skills.
Promoting the core role of Party cells, in recent years, the District Party Committee has issued decisions assigning leaders and experts of Party building committees, leaders of departments, offices and branches of the district to attend meetings with Party cells under the Party Committees of communes and towns.
Timely guide the Party cells to operate in accordance with Instruction 12 of the Central Organizing Committee and Regulation 13 of the District Party Committee. At the same time, guide the renewal of the content of activities in a democratic and open direction. Also at the meeting, Party members can frankly share their thoughts and aspirations, thereby creating cohesion and contributing to the successful implementation of annual political tasks.
Implementing well the dialectical relationship between “building” and “fighting” is the way for Phu Ninh District Party Committee to do well in protecting the Party’s ideological foundation. And anyone can do this relationship, starting with daily actions associated with the responsibilities and job positions of each organization and individual.
