On the morning of January 12, comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President, and the Central delegation offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple and the Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese Farmers (Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City). Also attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of Thai Binh City.

Leaders offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Uncle Ho Temple, Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and members of the delegation along with provincial leaders offered incense and flowers, observing a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh - National Liberation Hero, World Cultural Celebrity, beloved leader of the Vietnamese people, and outstanding international activist. He devoted and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace, national independence and people's happiness.

Comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

Before his spirit, the delegates vowed to wholeheartedly follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, firmly upholding Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the ideal of national independence and socialism. In their positions, they will always strive, cultivate and practice revolutionary moral qualities, constantly study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, contributing with the entire Party and people to build our country to be "more dignified and more beautiful" as beloved Uncle Ho always wished.
