Attending the Congress were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee Nguyen Thi Yen Mai and members of the Steering Committee for the provincial congress; Mr. Le Thanh Cong - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, along with the Standing Committee and leaders of the advisory and support agencies of the district Party Committees, town Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.
At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Presidium and the Secretariat. The Presidium disseminated the Party's election regulations and the Congress's agenda; the Congress agreed on the working regulations and provided guidance on the activities of Party members and guests; divided into discussion groups, appointed group leaders, deputy group leaders, and secretaries, and discussed documents submitted to the Congress.
At the discussion session, delegates basically agreed with the draft political report of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office, term V, 2020-2025, submitted to the 6th Party Congress, term 2025-2030; report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office, term V, 2020-2025; report synthesizing comments on the documents of the 6th Provincial Party Congress; draft action program to implement the resolution of the 6th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Based on careful research and a high sense of responsibility, delegates presented a number of comments on the draft documents of the 12th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
Specifically, giving comments on the draft documents of the 12th Provincial Party Congress, delegates proposed to add data to evaluate the results of tourism implementation in the 2020-2025 term to compare with the 2015-2020 term to clearly see the development; add the phrase "ideological reform" on page 21, section 1.5 to match the context of the situation stated in Resolution No. 12-NQ/TU dated February 6, 2025 and high political determination to achieve the province's double-digit growth target.
Delegates proposed to add an assessment of the development gap between Tay Ninh and other provinces and cities in the country; the assessment of fairly good economic growth needs to include a comparison of the scale of the economy in the 2020-2025 term with the previous period; and proposed to add data on the proportion of added value of the digital economy in GRDP of the entire term.
On page 8, paragraph 2 "Implementing the Project to arrange regular police to commune police, building a complete and strong 3-level police force, capable of resolving security and order situations right from the grassroots level", the delegate proposed to adjust the 2-level police force according to the new policy of the Central Government, and at the same time continue to add an assessment of the progress and results of the implementation of the work of reorganizing the police apparatus in the last drafts...
Speaking at the end of the preparatory session, Party Secretary and Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Thi Hong Nhung said that on February 12, the Congress will officially open its session.
The Congress has the task of summarizing and evaluating the process of organizing the implementation of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term and reviewing the leadership and direction role of the Party Executive Committee during the term as well as determining the goals, targets and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.
Party Secretary and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office Huynh Thi Hong Nhung suggested that in the official session, Party members work with a high sense of responsibility and wisdom to elect comrades with sufficient virtue, talent, capacity and qualifications to be elected to the Party Executive Committee and to elect the Delegation to attend the Party Congress at a higher level; Party members strictly follow the instructions on activities and regulations of the Congress, concentrate their intelligence, be active and dynamic, participate in contributing ideas during the Congress, contributing decisively to the success of the Congress.
