On the evening of November 7, at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace (Hanoi), a large audience attended the concert "The Road I Took" by famous musical artist Philip Quast and two talented collaborators Anne Maree McDonald and Nicholas Gentile.
This event is part of the program “Culture in You” Organized by The Youniverse Entertainment Training Education Company in collaboration with the Interstellar musical community and the Center for Journalism and Culture (Vietnam Journalists Association).
This concert is not just a simple performance but also an emotional journey through the illustrious career of an artist who has conquered audiences on famous stages such as Broadway (USA) and West End (UK).
In the performance, Philip Quest acted as both narrator and performed classic melodies such as the soulful Stars from Les Misérables , The King's New Clothes, Pretty Women and other works that contributed to the reputation of the artist, who has won the prestigious British Laurence Olivier Awards three times.
In addition, this is also an opportunity for the Australian musical legend to share his life story and valuable experiences with the young generation of Vietnam, bringing the public strong inspiration and sublime moments through the profound values that music and art can truly bring.
