Approval of land use plan of Ba Vi district in 2025

Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee has approved the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ba Vi district, along with the 1/25,000 scale Land Use Plan Map and the General Explanatory Report confirmed by the Director of the Department of Natural Resources & Environment on December 30, 2024.

Accordingly, the list of works and projects in the plan includes 181 projects with a total area of 1,135.06 hectares.

The Ba Vi District People's Committee is assigned to review and evaluate the feasibility of approved projects. In case of arising works and projects with legal basis and sufficient conditions for implementation, the Ba Vi District People's Committee will synthesize and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the City People's Committee for additional approval. This ensures that projects are implemented according to plan and meet practical requirements.

According to the approval decision, the Ba Vi District People's Committee must organize the announcement and publicization of the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the land law, carry out land recovery and organize close inspection and supervision of the implementation process. The district also needs to balance and identify capital sources to implement the plan, ensuring feasibility.

For projects subject to land acquisition under Clause 4, Article 67 of the 2024 Land Law, the People's Committee of Ba Vi district must publicize the scope of land acquisition and notify land users according to the progress of each project. The results of the implementation of the land use plan will be reported before October 15, 2025.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for coordinating with Ba Vi district to carry out procedures for land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose change in accordance with the approved plan. The Department also organizes regular inspections and updates of qualified projects and submits them to the City People's Committee for additional approval, when necessary.

Important projects and works were first identified in the 2024 Land Use Plan and will continue to be implemented in 2025, including: Project to renovate and upgrade Quang Oai High School with a reclaimed area of 0.75ha; Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 32 with a reclaimed area of 22.3ha; Project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 414 to Ba Vi National Park with a reclaimed area of 12ha...

The decision to approve the 2025 Land Use Plan in Ba Vi District is an important basis for implementing infrastructure development projects, education, transportation, etc., contributing to promoting sustainable development of the locality. The People's Committee of Ba Vi District and related units need to enhance responsibility, ensure transparency and efficiency in the implementation of the land use plan, meeting the requirements of local infrastructure development.
