On the afternoon of May 16, speaking with VietNamNet reporter , the leader of Yen Lac commune People's Committee confirmed the information and said that at around 10:30 a.m. the same day, people discovered the body of a man hanging from a crocodile tree, his hands tied in front.
In addition, this leader also informed: "Through inspection at the scene, authorities found that assets such as wallet, phone... were still on the victim's body."
According to the leader of Yen Lac Commune People's Committee, the area where the body was found is at the foot of a rocky mountain with dense vegetation, about 100m from the Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi BOT road, in Dong Xien village, Yen Lac commune.
Currently, local authorities have handed over the case to Thai Nguyen Provincial Police to continue investigating and clarifying the cause.
