On the afternoon of December 2, continuing the working program, the 27th Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference (expanded) synthesized and explained discussion opinions and closed the conference.

Previously, the delegates divided into 4 discussion groups and contributed 41 comments on important contents, focusing on the draft Summary Report on the implementation of tasks in 2024 and the draft Resolution on directions and tasks in 2025. Accordingly, the delegates basically agreed and highly appreciated the results achieved in 2024, and at the same time suggested that the draft Resolution for 2025 should be supplemented and specifically added some contents such as: it is necessary to continue to propose solutions to direct more drastically the work of preventing corruption, waste, negativity and implementing the arrangement of organizations, streamlined apparatus, effective and efficient operations; add the content of developing cultural industry to the directions and tasks in 2025; it is necessary to propose effective solutions to continue to increase the forest coverage rate to achieve the targets set by the Resolution of the 17th Congress.

In addition, continue to improve the business investment environment, increase support for enterprises; resolutely and effectively implement tasks and solutions to increase budget revenue; strengthen national defense and security, ensure social security and order; improve the effectiveness of investment promotion work; continue to consolidate and enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, build a clean and strong political system; promote the implementation of the "Four Good Party Cells" movement in Party committees and Party cells...

Delegates also suggested that it is necessary to control well the planning of agricultural land area; develop and issue a thematic resolution on the development of the durian industry; specify policies and measures and effectively allocate resources for new rural construction; continue to pay attention to directing the settlement of complicated and prolonged complaints, especially at state-owned farms and forestry farms; pay attention to and prioritize social security work, job creation, hunger eradication and poverty reduction; continue to promote administrative reform and digital transformation; strengthen propaganda about the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025; celebrate the 50th anniversary of Buon Ma Thuot Victory, liberation of Dak Lak province (March 10, 1975 - March 10, 2025)...

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and related departments, agencies and branches also directly discussed and clarified issues related to poverty reduction, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; attracting and calling for investment; developing industrial zones and clusters in the area; solutions to provide residential land and production land for ethnic minorities; and developing party members, etc.

Concluding the conference, Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung emphasized that according to forecasts, in 2025, the international and domestic situation will have advantages, opportunities, difficulties and challenges intertwined. In particular, in 2025, the province will focus on simultaneously implementing four major tasks including: innovating the organization, apparatus and political system; accelerating and breaking through to successfully implement the targets and tasks of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; preparing conditions for the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress; resolving complicated, crowded and prolonged complaints... Therefore, the entire political system must strive and be determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges to best fulfill the set targets and tasks.
