On June 17, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, Mr. Dang Duc Hiep, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Da Lat City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, replacing Mr. Dang Tri Dung, who was relieved of his position and retired early for medical treatment.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to Mr. Dang Duc Hiep.
Mr. Dang Duc Hiep (52 years old, from Ha Tinh province) has a Master's degree in Banking and Finance, and a Senior Degree in Political Theory. Before holding the position of Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Mr. Hiep worked as Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Director of the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance, and Vice Chairman of the Di Linh District People's Committee.
New Secretary of Da Lat City Party Committee Dang Duc Hiep took a photo with the Executive Committee of Da Lat City Party Committee.
Presenting the decision, Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thai Hoc congratulated Mr. Dang Duc Hiep on holding the position of Secretary of Da Lat City Party Committee and asked the new Secretary of Da Lat City Party Committee to immediately start the work he has just undertaken.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoc said that Da Lat city is a destination for domestic and foreign tourists, so it is necessary to ensure a clean, green and beautiful landscape environment.
Mr. Hoc requested to review the work of cadres and the work of managing construction order. Many unlicensed and illegal constructions have affected the planning of Da Lat city.
