On February 18, the Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on organizational structure and personnel work.
End of activities for 13 party organizations
At the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Dao Van Phuoc announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on ending the activities of 13 party organizations from March 1, 2025 for the Provincial People's Council Party Committee; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Party Committee; the Provincial Women's Union Party Committee; the Provincial Labor Federation Party Committee; the Provincial Farmers' Association Party Committee; the Provincial Veterans' Association Party Committee; the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; the Provincial Literature and Arts Association Party Committee; the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; the Provincial People's Court Party Committee; the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee. Ending the activities of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee; the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee.

Establishment of Party Committees of Party agencies and Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee
The Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee agencies for the 2020-2025 term under the Provincial Party Committee with 27 grassroots party organizations and 807 party members. Mr. Ho Thanh Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, is the Party Committee Secretary.

Established the Party Committee of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term under the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, including 57 grassroots party organizations and 8,104 party members. Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, is the Party Committee Secretary.
The two above-mentioned party committees officially came into operation from March 1, 2025.
Mr. Cao Tien Dung holds the position of Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
The Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee also decided to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the name after the merger is the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, which will come into operation from February 25, 2025; assign and appoint Mr. Cao Tien Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee; 2 Deputy Heads are Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Trang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee; Nguyen Thi Ven, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee.
Transfer Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to work at the Provincial People's Committee to perform the duties of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Transfer Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and appoint him as Deputy Head of the Board.
Transfer Mr. Le Triet Nhu Vu and Ms. Doan Thi Thu Thuy (together with Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies) to work at the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee announced and awarded the decision on early retirement to enjoy social insurance benefits according to Decree 178, from March 1, 2025 to Mr. and Mrs. Pham Xuan Ha (60 years old), Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Pham Tan Linh (56 years old), Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Pham Thi Kim Chung (55 years old), Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Van said that, along with the whole country, Dong Nai province has focused on leading and directing the implementation of the work of streamlining the organization and apparatus of the political system.
According to the Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, the organization restructuring is not simply a change in organizational structure but also has profound significance in streamlining the apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, maximizing human resources, creating favorable conditions for cadres to promote their capacity and strengths, especially in innovating the Party's leadership methods, ensuring synchronization and unity in performing tasks. At the same time, he requested that comrades who were appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and were transferred and appointed to new positions, need to continue to promote their capacity, strengths, work experience, practice, strive, unite, and work together with the collective leadership and direction to well perform the political tasks assigned by the agency, unit and superiors.
The Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee also acknowledged and commended the comrades who voluntarily retired early to facilitate the work of reorganizing the provincial apparatus.
