The Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway construction project is part of the North - South expressway in the east, passing through 3 communes: Hoa Lien, Hoa Son, Hoa Nhon (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city).
The route is being built by upgrading the National Highway 1 bypass.

According to the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board (PMB), the Hoa Lien – Tuy Loan Expressway construction project will start in September 2023 and is scheduled to be completed in December 2025. The project site has been handed over 99.7%. |

At the inspection of the route at the beginning of the year, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang requested functional units to hand over the site to the construction unit in February 2025. For households that have been supported and guaranteed the regime but still refuse to hand over the site, they will be handled according to regulations. |
