According to Mr. Thuan, the district has requested the People's Committee of La Phu commune on February 6 to clean up and destroy all the candy and sausages dumped in the landfill in La Phu Industrial Park, and continue to investigate and verify who dumped the candy into the landfill.
However, in reality, more than two weeks have passed, and the amount of candy and garbage here has not been cleaned up.
Previously, on February 4, social networks appeared images of candy dumped into a "mountain" in a landfill in La Phu Industrial Park (La Phu commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi).
The images show that the candies dumped in the landfill are of many different types, most of them still in their original boxes. Notably, many of the biscuits are still in their original boxes, with both Vietnamese and Chinese characters printed on the outside of the boxes.
