In a report recently sent to the Securities Commission, Vietnam Ventures Limited - an investment fund from the British Virgin Islands under VinaCapital - registered to sell all of the KDH shares it owns.

Specifically, Vietnam Ventures Limited is holding nearly 7.43 million KDH shares. For reasons of portfolio restructuring, this fund has registered with the management agency to sell all of these shares from February 25 to March 26.

At the end of the session on February 20, each KDH share was priced at VND34,200, up nearly 19% over the past year. If the transaction is successful, Vietnam Ventures Limited could collect more than VND254 billion and reduce its ownership ratio to 0%.

In December 2024, the above fund also sold more than 1.5 million KDH shares. Before selling many times last year, this fund held 18.7 million shares, equivalent to 2.06% of Khang Dien's capital.

On the other hand, Vinacapital's Modern Economic Stock Investment Fund bought 1.5 million KDH shares in January this year, thereby increasing its ownership from 0% to 0.14% of KDH.

Regarding business performance, the recently released financial report shows that Nha Khang Dien recorded net revenue of VND 3,278 billion and after-tax profit of VND 803 billion in 2024, both up from the previous year.

Looking ahead to 2025, some securities firms expect the recognition of remaining sold apartments at The Privia and contributions from upcoming sales phases of the low-rise portion of the joint venture project with Keppel to be key drivers for KDH's results.

In the 2023 annual report, Nha Khang Dien said that this enterprise has 4 major shareholders holding more than 282 million shares, equivalent to 35.31% of charter capital as of December 29, 2023. The ownership ratio calculated on charter capital is more than 7,993 billion VND.

The total ownership of the investor group belonging to VinaCapital is about 11% and the total ownership of the investor group belonging to Dragon Capital is 11% at the end of 2023.

However, last year, in addition to Dragon Capital funds, the Dragon Capital fund group also net sold KDH shares, reducing ownership ratio.
