Ninh Giang handles 238 teenagers for traffic violations

From the beginning of the year to the end of August 2024, Ninh Giang District Police have penalized 238 young people for traffic violations, fined over 105 million VND, and temporarily detained 51 motorbikes, 114 motorbikes, and electric motorbikes.
