(HNMO) - The Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) said that recently, fake websites have continuously appeared on the internet with information about power outage and reduction schedules in northern provinces and cities.

EVNNPC cited a number of websites that faked power outage schedule information, causing confusion among customers, such as https://lichcupdien.org/lich-cup-dien-bac-giang; http://blogdao.net; https://lichcatdien.com/...

In particular, the website https://lichcatdien.com/ is described as a tool to look up the schedule of power outages and reductions in provinces and cities in Vietnam, but there is no information about the management unit or operating license.

EVNNPC affirms that the above websites do not belong to EVNNPC nor to any member unit of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN).

Currently, EVNNPC only owns the website address: https://npc.com.vn/ and customers can look up the schedule of power outages and reductions at the Customer Care Center website, address: https://cskh.npc.com.vn/.

The Northern Power Corporation also affirmed that, with the spirit of making the highest effort to ensure electricity supply for customers in the context of many difficulties, power units in the North have been maintaining 100% of human resources and equipment on duty 24/7.
