Following multiple cases in which Ukrainian military medical commissions and other authorities accepted bribes to fraudulently issue medical exemption certificates to people of military age, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered a review of all permits issued since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, according to the Kyiv Post .
