With the implementation of online public services, people and businesses can easily access and perform procedures without having to go directly to state agencies, saving time and costs. These procedures will be performed through the Ministry of Health's Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.moh.gov.vn, creating convenience and transparency in the process of processing records.

From February 18, 2025, the Food Safety Department will start implementing online services for 5 important groups of administrative procedures, including registration of health food product declarations, registration of food additive product declarations with new uses, registration of health food advertising content, issuance of food safety certificates, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and issuance of HC (Health Certificate), CFS (Certificate of Free Sale).

Individuals and organizations that need to carry out administrative procedures will be able to access the Ministry of Health's public service portal to register and submit documents. This not only saves time but also helps reduce complicated paperwork, creating a simple and efficient workflow.
