The enthusiastic youth leader

Danh Hoai Han, born in 1996, is a Khmer ethnic, currently the Deputy Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Union of Tan Phuoc Commune. Having a love for collective activities, he has actively participated in summer activities and local Youth Union activities since childhood.

Hoai Han has donated blood voluntarily 25 times so far.

Thanks to participating in activities, Han was honored to join the Party when he was still a student. Over the years, he has made many positive contributions to activities, especially local voluntary blood donation; he himself has donated 25 units of blood.

Through the process of implementing the "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", Han, together with the Executive Committee of the Commune Union, has deployed and implemented it in many rich and creative forms, through articles about Uncle Ho in the activities of the branch...

Locally, Han is always loved by teenagers and children. On every occasion of activities and holidays, they organize folk games to create a healthy and useful playground and find ways to attract children to participate in activities. Along with cultural, artistic and sports activities, Han always finds ways to share and guide children to stay away from bad things and social evils. For activities deployed and launched by the District Youth Union, they always do a good job of advising on organization and enthusiastically respond at the grassroots level; ensuring to mobilize a large number of union members to participate.

As Deputy Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, Han is always the leader in activities such as: "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday", visiting and helping families with meritorious services, social beneficiaries, children in difficult circumstances; actively participating in movement activities launched by the District Youth Union...

At the same time, we also do a good job of propaganda and mobilization so that union members and young people can promote the spirit of volunteering through various, diverse and practical measures. Volunteer activities always attract a large number of union members and young people to participate.

In addition, Han always completes his tasks excellently and maintains the activities of the clubs. During the peak period of Covid-19 prevention and control, Han actively participated in measuring body temperature, disinfecting, distributing masks, guiding medical declarations and promoting social distancing.

In the construction of new rural areas, Han and the Party Committee, government, departments, branches and organizations mobilized social resources to build 27 bridges, 105 works, upgrade 78.5 km of roads, install 11 street lights, build 167 houses, with a total cost of over 135 billion VND, contributing to improving the quality of new rural criteria, towards an advanced new rural district.

In 2020 and 2024, Han mobilized more than 100 young volunteers to propagate and mobilize people to monitor the developments of drought and salinity, ensuring water for daily life and production. Coordinated with Kieng Phuoc Border Guard Station, the Fatherland Front of the commune and benefactors to transport domestic water to poor households, give water bottles, tanks, cash and necessities to people in need...

In addition, Han also coordinated with the Commune and District Police to propagate and support the activation of electronic identification accounts, make Citizen ID cards and install online public services. Mobilized 500 union members and youths to guide the activation of level 2 electronic identification and use of VneID. At the same time, supported people to register accounts on the Public Service Portal and carry out administrative procedures. In addition to the Union's work, Hoai Han also developed the family economy by raising goats, chickens and elephant snakes.

With the above work, Hoai Han was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union for his work in the Youth Union and youth movement, a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for voluntary blood donation, and many Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Youth Union...
