Linh Ung Pagoda is built on a 12-hectare land on Son Tra Peninsula. The pagoda is built with a harmonious combination of modern architecture and traditional Asian aesthetic traditions.
On full moon days or holidays, pagodas are often chosen by locals and tourists as a destination to offer incense and pray.
The main shrine area is the first destination for everyone when coming to the temple.
Most people who come here pray for peace, health and success.
Children are also brought by their parents to offer incense and pray at the temple on this full moon day of the 7th lunar month.
Tourists wearing shorts and short skirts are lent tube tops by the temple to enter the temple to worship Buddha.
At Linh Ung Bai But Pagoda, there is also a statue of Buddha Quan The Am, considered the tallest in Vietnam. This is also one of the factors that attracts tourists.
The statue of Quan The Am is 67m high, with a lotus pedestal 35m in diameter. The statue stands with its back against the mountain, facing the sea, one hand in the Samadhi mudra, the other holding a vase of nectar as if sprinkling peace on the fishermen who are out at sea.

Mr. Hung (Da Nang) shared: "I came here to pray for peace and health for my whole family. Just having those two things will make life happy and smooth."
Many tourists traveling to Da Nang this time on the occasion of the full moon of July cannot miss Linh Ung Pagoda.
Foreign tourists are also curious about the Vietnamese custom of going to pagodas to burn incense and pray on big full moon occasions.
