* At the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly, National Assembly delegate Nguyen Minh Tam from the National Assembly delegation of Quang Binh province questioned Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai on issues related to the allowance regime for medical staff. Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai clarified this content.

* On the morning of August 11, the Provincial People's Committee held an online conference to summarize the 2022-2023 school year and disseminate and deploy tasks for the 2023-2024 school year.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long highly appreciated the results that the Education and Training sector has achieved in the past school year, especially in the advisory work of the Department of Education and Training. Thereby, it has greatly impacted the direction and implementation of the sector's tasks.
Entering the 2023-2024 school year, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that the entire Education and Training sector should focus on solutions to resolve the existing problems of the sector and the locality, paying attention to two issues, which are that the province still has many remote schools and needs to rearrange the school network planning. In the city and some favorable areas, the class size will increase, and it is necessary to arrange enough classrooms for schools.

* Implementing Directive No. 20/CT-TTg dated June 8, 2023 of the Prime Minister on enhancing electricity saving in the period of 2023 - 2025 and the following years, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued an implementation plan in the province with 5 tasks and solutions to save electricity.

* The primary school expansion project began construction in September 2022, but the local people were unaware, even though this area was their agricultural land. After nearly a year, the project is now nearing completion, but the investor has not yet completed the compensation and site clearance work.

* The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has just sent a document to the Ministry of Transport reporting the incident and work to repair the damaged runway at Vinh International Airport on July 3.

* Nghe An currently has 3 inland waterways that have not been licensed by authorities for a long time, but are still operating, causing unsafe waterway traffic.
