Implement measures to prevent and combat school violence

The document stated that in recent times, there have been consecutive incidents involving students in the province, affecting their psychology and safety. The Department of Education and Training requests units to seriously implement Official Dispatch No. 1307, dated April 16, 2025 of the Department of Education and Training, directing educational institutions throughout the province to continue to strengthen political and ideological education, ethics and lifestyle for students; disseminate and propagate directive documents of the Central, local and education sectors related to political and ideological education, ethics and lifestyle, prevention and control of school violence for students; and cultural and behavioral education in schools.

The Department of Education and Training also requires units to perform well in social work in schools, strengthen school psychological counseling activities, promptly detect students with psychological problems, at risk of violence and school violence, thereby finding solutions together with parents, schools and mass organizations to overcome. In addition, improve the effectiveness of school psychological counseling teams; strictly implement cultural codes of conduct in schools, review, adjust and amend, supplement school and classroom regulations in accordance with the actual situation; proactively coordinate closely with parents to manage students, build a healthy living and educational environment; closely coordinate with agencies, departments, sectors and mass organizations to prevent and combat risk factors, causes of insecurity and psychological trauma of children...
