On November 28, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee and T&T Group jointly organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cultural Tourism Area project and the 9-storey Waterfall project at the tomb area of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan (belonging to the Special National Monument Area of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site, Nam Dan District).

This activity aims to implement the content of the Planning for conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the Special National Monument Site of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2020.
The Cultural Tourism Area Project, invested with a worthy scale, will be a space to experience the unique traditional culture of the North Central countryside, promoting tourism development with local traditional cultural resources, associated with the core, sustainable values of Ho Chi Minh's cultural heritage. In the future, this will be a cultural - festival center and historical and cultural tourist area of national and international stature.

Along with the Cultural Tourism Area, T&T Group Joint Stock Company also accompanies Nghe An province, sponsoring, completing the idea, design plan and investing in the construction of the 9-storey waterfall project at the Tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, mother of President Ho Chi Minh in Dong Tranh mountain, Nam Giang commune.
The 9-storey Waterfall project was approved with a total investment of 34,448,921,000 VND, funded by T&T Group Joint Stock Company, with the goal of being a project to pay tribute to the birth and upbringing of Ms. Hoang Thi Loan - the mother who gave birth to the great President Ho Chi Minh, while gradually perfecting the overall landscape, increasing the attractiveness for tourists to visit and visit Ms. Hoang Thi Loan's grave and contributing to the propaganda and education of patriotic traditions and national pride, especially for the younger generation.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized that the cultural tourism project and the 9-storey waterfall project at the tomb of Ms. Hoang Thi Loan in the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site are two important tourism projects of the province.
In order for the project to be implemented on schedule, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that departments, branches, and functional units coordinate and support investors to ensure the project's progress and quality.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Nam Dan district was assigned to focus on site clearance to promptly hand over to investors; ensure security and order and related issues during project implementation.
Nghe An province believes that with its capacity, experience, potential and responsibility, the investor will closely coordinate with the Department of Culture - Sports, Nam Dan district and related departments and branches to implement the project in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality and labor safety and environmental hygiene.
Strive to complete phase 1 of the project on May 19, 2025 on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday to promote the value of turning the Cultural Tourism Area and the 9-storey tower into cultural works, symbolic, commensurate with the cultural values and ideology of Ho Chi Minh, contributing to creating and promoting good cultural values, bringing benefits to the community.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Do Quang Hien - Chairman of the Strategy Committee of T&T Group said that the Group is very honored and proud to be assigned by the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Nghe An province to survey, plan, design and construct the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien, Nam Dan.
“We realize that not everyone is lucky or honored to be assigned this sacred mission. Therefore, we are willing to put our hearts and minds into this project, focusing all our resources, passion, and intelligence.
T&T Group has consulted leading foreign experts, invited historians and cultural preservationists as advisors; listened to the guidance and comments of former leaders, leaders of the Party and State, and leaders of Nghe An province to bring the world's quintessence combined with Vietnamese culture into this particularly important project" - Mr. Do Quang Hien emphasized.
The groundbreaking event of the above two projects has great significance, contributing to the Planning for conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site into reality, bringing this historical - cultural and tourist complex worthy of the stature of Uncle Ho, the great leader - outstanding cultural figure of Vietnam and the world; preserving and promoting his ideology and legacy for today's and future generations.
