Improving the quality of work to create sources for Party development

The program was attended by leaders of the Youth Union of districts, towns and cities; Youth Union officials of communes, wards and towns and officials of the Youth Unions of high schools, colleges and intermediate schools in the province.

At the seminar, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union reported that the work of creating resources and developing the Party from outstanding union members in the first half of the 14th Provincial Youth Union Congress had achieved certain results.

Accordingly, in recent times, the work of inspection, supervision and social criticism on the work of creating sources and developing the Party from outstanding union members has always been of interest to all levels of the Union, ensuring the correct implementation of the processes and procedures according to the regulations on implementing the Party Charter, with close coordination between the Union organization and cadres doing Party building work. Since the beginning of the term, the whole province has had 1,821 outstanding union members admitted to the Party, reaching a rate of 73.81% compared to the total number of admitted party members in the whole province (2,467 party members).

During the discussion, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Youth Union organizations discussed and shared new models and good practices such as: advice from the Youth Union organization to the Party Committee in creating sources and recruiting new Party members from Youth Union members; solutions to effectively implement the training and fostering of core young workers in non-State enterprises and in residential areas, creating conditions for fostering and developing Party members from young workers; solutions to improve Party development work among students.

At the same time, it pointed out the limitations, difficulties, obstacles and issues arising in the work of creating sources and developing the Party from union members and youth in Tay Ninh province; proposed directions and solutions in the coming time to achieve the results of the Resolution of the 14th Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, term 2022-2027.

Mr. Le Tan Phat - Secretary of Tay Ninh City Youth Union contributed solutions on consulting the Youth Union organization with the Party Committee in creating sources and recruiting new party members from union members.

Delegates are school union officials who contribute ideas on developing party members among students.

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union emphasized that the work Training and introducing outstanding members for the Party to consider and admit, as well as training the next generation for the Vietnamese revolution, is one of the most important tasks of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in general and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tay Ninh province in particular.

The Provincial Youth Union Secretary acknowledged the efforts of the Youth Union organizations in educating the ideology of patriotism, revolutionary ideals, and national pride for local youth union members. Thereby contributing to nurturing the red seeds, the source of excellent union members who are both red and professional, the Party's reliable reserve force, wholeheartedly devoted to the people.

To achieve the results of the Resolution of the 14th Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, term 2022-2027, the Provincial Youth Union Secretary suggested that youth union organizations need to recognize the reasons for not doing a good job in training and introducing outstanding youth union members to the Party from many perspectives, thereby proposing appropriate solutions to resolve the limitations that youth union organizations are facing.

At the same time, to create a source of quality Party development among union members and young people , the Provincial Youth Union Secretary requested that union organizations promote the organization of training, studying, and educating revolutionary traditions, patriotism, and national pride among young people.

Creating red seeds should not only be nurtured from the youth but must be done right from when you are a team member or a child. In addition, youth organizations need to focus on implementing practical and effective youth projects and tasks. Thereby, spreading youth movements to team members and young people; attracting the participation of youth union members and team members.
