Meta AI currently has nearly 500 million monthly active users. Starting Wednesday, it will be rolled out to Brazil, Bolivia, Guatemala, Paraguay, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom, Meta announced.
According to the announcement, Meta AI will continue to launch in the following countries in the near future: Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Malaysia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Thailand, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and Yemen.
In addition, Meta also said the chatbot will support additional languages such as Arabic, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese.
After the rollout, Meta AI will be available in 43 countries and support dozens of languages, making it the world's most used AI assistant by the end of 2024.
However, this expansion does not include the new character voice feature for the AI chatbot that Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg introduced at the company's annual Connect conference. Those features will be released on a separate roadmap.
Additionally, Meta AI will be integrated into Ray-Ban Meta glasses in the UK and Australia.
