MB Bank allocates 12,500 billion VND for Dak Nong Aluminum Electrolysis Project

On March 21, within the framework of the Opening Ceremony of MB Bank Branch in Dak Nong, MB Bank signed a contract to arrange capital for the Dak Nong Aluminum Electrolysis Plant Project.

According to the contract, MB Bank is the focal credit institution arranging capital for phases 1 and 2 of the project, with a total arranged capital of 12,500 billion VND.

Dak Nong Aluminum Electrolysis Plant Project is invested and built in Nhan Co Industrial Park, Dak R'lap District (Dak Nong). The project has a total capacity of 450,000 tons/year, with a total investment of nearly 1 billion USD.

In phase 1 and 2, the total capacity of the factory is 300,000 tons of aluminum/year. The total investment for both phases is 16,000 billion VND. Of which, MB Bank finances and arranges 12,500 billion VND.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Luu Van Trung presented flowers to representatives of MB Bank and Tran Hong Quan Metallurgy Company Limited.

The project, once operational, will contribute to the development of the domestic aluminum industry. This is also a project that creates momentum to promote economic growth, create jobs, and improve the lives of local people.
