Persistently pursuing the mission of community health care, in 2024, Long Chau will deploy nearly 5,000 free medical examination programs across 63 provinces and cities, with 600,000 participants, helping the disadvantaged access good medicine and quality medical services.
Along with that, with the cooperation of partners and millions of customers, more than 1 billion VND was sent, promptly lighting up the hope of life for 45 "child warriors" who are fighting against terrible diseases in the Long Chau Se Chia - Accompanying child warriors project.
Recently, FPT Long Chau quickly coordinated with the Ministry of Health, Vietnam Health Trade Union, local health management agencies and press and radio agencies to quickly mobilize 10 tons of medicine overnight, providing timely support to people severely affected by storm Yagi in the North.
With its positive contributions to the community, the Long Chau Sharing Project has surpassed hundreds of applications to be honored in the "Timely Project" category at the Human Act Prize 2024.
Continuing the noble human values that have been cultivated over the years, in 2025, the unit will continue to focus on the community, pursue a long-term charity plan, coordinate with localities to expand the scale of the project to remote areas, bringing quality medical services closer to the unfortunate.
Specifically, Long Chau continues its plan to donate 2 million days of free medicine, support more than 600,000 medical examinations and medicine dispensing, ensuring that people, especially those in difficult circumstances in remote districts and communes, have access to basic medical services. At the same time, 20 health screening programs will be deployed at frontline hospitals, helping people detect and prevent dangerous diseases early. At the same time, more than 2,000 pharmacies in the Long Chau system across the country will participate in free consultation, helping people raise awareness about health care and protection.
Continuing to spread the spirit of mutual love, before the Lunar New Year, Long Chau will launch the program "Warm Tet with Love" so that vulnerable people in society can receive health care, share material worries and receive some spiritual support.
Starting this meaningful charity journey, on December 28, 2024, Long Chau brought a "Warm Tet" to children in Dak R'Moan commune, Gia Nghia city (Dak Nong province) and Lat commune, Lac Duong district (Lam Dong). The children were examined by pharmacists and doctors of the Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination system and participated in exciting games. Blankets, warm hats, and health care gifts from Long Chau not only brought joy, but also helped the children here feel the warmth and love in the cold days at the end of the year.
In the coming time, Long Chau's charity trip will continue to roll to reach children in Ha Giang and Son La - where children face many limitations in accessing medical and health care services.
Also within the framework of the Long Chau Sharing - Warm Tet Program, Long Chau will implement the "Zero-VND Bus" Program in conjunction with the Ministry of Health to support the transportation of patients and their families from Thong Nhat Hospital, Hue Central Hospital... to their hometowns to celebrate the Lunar New Year. This is the most special spiritual gift that the unit wants to give to the less fortunate in the joyful atmosphere of the days before the new spring.
Not only stopping at Warm Tet, throughout 365 days, across the S-shaped strip of land, FPT Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination system is committed to making continuous efforts, continuing the mission of becoming an extended arm of the country's health sector in taking care of community health, especially for people in remote areas, with difficult circumstances, and having difficulty accessing quality medical services.
