The driver who violated the law was Mr. NXT, born in 2000, residing in Hamlet 6, Minh Thang Commune, Chon Thanh Town, driving a dump truck with license plate 61C-255.63, transporting soil from DT756 Road to National Highway 14 to build a house foundation for people. During the inspection, the authorities discovered that Mr. NXT was transporting goods that exceeded the permitted height, did not cover them with a tarpaulin, overloaded by 50% to 100%, and overloaded the bridge and road by 20% to 50%. In addition, the driver could not present a driver's license and was driving a vehicle that had exceeded its expiration date. The authorities have taken the vehicle to the headquarters for further handling.
