Accordingly, the exam will include 3 subjects: Math, Literature, English. The time for Math and Literature is 120 minutes, and for English is 60 minutes. The province also stipulates that private high schools are only allowed to consider admission after the results of the entrance exam to public schools are available within the time period prescribed by the Department of Education and Training.
Hai Phong City People's Committee has also agreed to the plan to organize three exams for Math, Literature, and English for admission to grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year as proposed by the Department of Education and Training. In particular, the foreign language exam will be in the form of multiple choice with a test time of 60 minutes.
The Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province has also announced the organization of the third subject of the 10th grade high school entrance exam, which is foreign languages (English and French). In which, Math and Literature will be tested in essay format with a time limit of 120 minutes, foreign languages will be tested in multiple choice format with a time limit of 60 minutes.
