With the approval of the local government, on the occasion of New Year 2025, the investor Regal Group continues to organize the New Year event at the Regal Legend urban area. According to the plan, the series of events will take place for 9 days and 9 nights from December 23 to December 31, expected to attract 200,000 visitors. The unique activities and bustling atmosphere will bring a memorable and impressive vacation to visitors.
Colorful Christmas Party
Opening Legend Fest 2025 is a colorful Christmas party taking place on December 23 and 24. The festive atmosphere will be even more explosive when dozens of Santa Claus parade through the urban area with giant gift bags, bringing joy and surprises to visitors.
On Christmas Eve, December 23 and 24, singer Nam Cuong with his warm voice will bring moments of sublimation to the audience.
Next is the lighting of a 12m high Christmas tree, sparkling with thousands of colored lights. Here, each space is decorated with a Christmas theme, creating check-in corners (photo shoots) for a sparkling year-end photo album. The highlight of the program is the appearance of the Snow Queen and unique art performances, immersing visitors in a warm Christmas atmosphere filled with joy.
Continuing the festive atmosphere, the series of activities of "Winter Beat" will take place every night from December 25 to December 30. Each evening has a different musical theme, bringing together unique voices and a vibrant DJ party until late at night.
Lai Chau Cultural Festival
On the occasion of this year's festival, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lai Chau province brings the colors of Lai Chau land to the coastal city of Dong Hoi. Visitors will be able to explore a miniature Lai Chau space with impressive booths, introducing unique tourism publications, outstanding OCOP products, typical agricultural products, culinary quintessence and special photos of Lai Chau.

On the evenings of December 27 and 28, the stage by Bao Ninh Lake will explode with a colorful art program of Lai Chau land. Performances of music, dance, folk songs, folk dance and bamboo dance... bring a space imbued with the traditional cultural identity of ethnic groups from talented artisans, artists and actors of Lai Chau and Quang Binh.
EDM Music Festival and Fireworks to Welcome New Year 2025
The highlight of the festival series is the night of December 31 with an EDM concert combined with fireworks to welcome the new year 2025. According to the organizers, the countdown night brings together famous artists, bringing a vibrant, emotional music party in the moment of transition between the old year and the new year.
Trung Quan - a handsome face with a powerful voice, Hoang Dung "ignites" the stage with memorable songs, Ngo Lan Huong with a sweet voice, "beautiful sister" Thieu Bao Tram with captivating songs, singer Thi Phuong - a daughter of Quang Binh will put her love for her homeland into each song...
Towards the end, the show will get hotter with the appearance of sweet female DJ Mie and DJ Le Trinh. Two MC Hype, RG and Zeez, will add energy, stir up the atmosphere, creating a memorable music party.
Joining the atmosphere of the EDM Music Festival will be a colorful fireworks display in the sky of Dong Hoi at New Year's Eve.
On this occasion, booths such as tourism, OCOP, three-region cuisine, and entertainment will also gather on the walking streets throughout the 9-day, 9-night event series to bring special dishes from three regions.
