Signing strategic cooperation agreement to distribute Eaton Park project

The signing ceremony took place between Gamuda Land and the following trading floors: Southern Homes, Smartland, IQI Vietnam, Rever, ERA Vietnam, An Khang Real – SGInvestment joint venture, T&A, Khai Minh Land, CBC - Aka Land - Global Homes joint venture, Saigon Land, Vietnam Property, The One, Home Group, EximRS, CenHCM, Bamboo Realty, Kings Land.

According to information from the investor Gamuda Land, phase 1 of the project is expected to launch this year, providing nearly 700 luxury apartments for the real estate market in Thu Duc City (HCMC). Recently, on December 8, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Eaton Park project took place. Eaton Park is Gamuda Land's 5th project in Vietnam. The project has a scale of 3.7 hectares, combining a luxurious lifestyle and living in harmony with nature.
