Perfecting the organization of the provincial police force

On October 4, the Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police Department on streamlining the organization and apparatus within the Provincial Police Department to be "lean, compact, and strong". Attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Lam Dong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Phan Tan Canh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Implementing the decision of the Minister of Public Security, the Provincial Police has arranged and rearranged a number of professional units, reducing 2 department-level units and 9 team-level units compared to before according to the motto "Ministry is refined, province is strong, district is comprehensive, commune is close to the grassroots". At the same time, the decision to establish grassroots party organizations corresponding to the newly merged units was announced.

To successfully carry out the tasks in the coming time, the leaders of the Provincial Police Department require the newly merged, reorganized, and adjusted units to urgently stabilize the organization and assign specific tasks to officers and soldiers in the unit; at the same time, proactively coordinate with related units to unify the implementation of work aspects of organization, emulation, rewards, logistics and provision of equipment and means of work to effectively serve the requirements of the work.
