(NLDO) - According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, today's weather in Ho Chi Minh City has cold air starting to strengthen, unseasonal rain gradually decreasing...
Today's weather (December 8), cold air begins to strengthen in the South, so unseasonal rain will gradually decrease, many areas will have no rain or only insignificant scattered rain.
Accordingly, the weather in Ho Chi Minh City during the day is mainly cloudy, light sunshine, no rain. Meanwhile, in the Southern provinces, there are scattered showers and thunderstorms.
The general temperature ranges from 20-24 degrees Celsius at the lowest and from 30-33 degrees Celsius at the highest.
Today, Ho Chi Minh City and the South have increased cold air.
In the early morning and at night, the weather is cold, there is a possibility of continued fog and cloudy sky. This phenomenon is due to the impact of weather patterns and fine dust.
Although this is not a dangerous weather phenomenon, the concentration of fine dust PM 2.5 is many times higher than the allowable threshold, leading to unhealthy air quality.
When going out, people should wear glasses and masks to prevent respiratory diseases caused by fine dust. When traveling on the road, pay attention to observation, because if the fog is thick, it will reduce horizontal visibility, affecting traffic activities.
Also today, the weather in the sea area from Quang Tri to Ca Mau has strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough sea, waves 3-5 m high.
All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by cyclones, strong winds and large waves.
