Graduating with honors from graduate school, Vo Minh Quan had a favorable opportunity to develop his career abroad. However, he was determined to return to his homeland...
The journey of Vo Minh Quan - Co-Founder, CEO of IMP Marketing Company - is very interesting. Although he was a student majoring in physics, when he went to university, he majored in computer science (APCS) at the University of Natural Sciences (VNU-HCM) - in collaboration with Portland University (USA).

Do your best
As a student, Quan had the intention of opening his own company. Studying an advanced program and meeting passionate teachers, he became more determined to pursue his goal. Initially, he planned to start a career in the technology industry, but he made his mark in Digital Marketing. Quan believes: "Just try your best at every moment, try to learn and create the greatest value possible, the rest will come naturally."
Quan's company gradually grew stronger, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign customers, especially from Europe and America.
There are many memories that Quan will always remember: the time he recruited his first employee, his first customer, his first big project, his first foreign partner... An important milestone was when he studied for a master's degree in management at the prestigious Trinity Business School (Ireland) with a full scholarship from the Irish government. "That was when I acquired new knowledge, broadened my horizons and clearly defined the path to pursue" - Quan said.
Quan succeeded in creating an environment where everyone could freely express their opinions. Civilized and sincere behavior brought all members of the company closer together. Quan said: "We choose to manage by results: When assigning tasks, we clearly state the expectations, the meaning of each task, and let everyone propose appropriate ways to do it."
Sweet fruit
Having achieved certain results, Quan is even more eager to share and support other young people in establishing themselves and their careers.
His podcast series "Better Every Day" is a non-profit project that provides good information and is loved by many people. Next, Quan launched the book "Digital Marketing for Managers - Lean Marketing for Effective Business" under the pen name Quan Vo. This is a work that took him and his team a whole year to complete. The book has a simple writing style, conveys many principles and practical experiences, and has been enthusiastically received by readers.
According to Quan Vo, young people are generally very dynamic, creative, versatile, daring to think and act, and proficient in technology. Companies just need to create an ideal environment for them to develop.
Not stopping there, Quan officially entered the international publishing market with the English-language book "Profit-driven digital marketing". The book was released on the giant online sales platform Amazon, achieving the title of Top New Releases, then Top 1 Best Seller in the field of Global Marketing within just one month.
"Profit-driven digital marketing" has officially been included in the libraries of 12 universities in Ireland and major universities in Vietnam. With the advantage of global coverage from the world's leading e-commerce site Amazon, the book quickly reached readers in the US, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Canada... Quan knows how to build his own team of highly qualified professionals to make covers, design, and edit to ensure the book meets international standards. His wish through the publication is that business owners and managers can save a lot of time, effort and money when implementing Digital Marketing, thereby increasing profits. Positive feedback from readers everywhere has affirmed the value of the publication and is a worthy reward for the persistent work of Quan and his colleagues throughout the long journey. He also launched the "Vietnamese Book Corner" project to donate and give thousands of books to the libraries of 20 universities.
From this initial success, Quan is more confident to face new challenges. "Furthermore, my partners and I are nurturing small projects to realize the vision of having an ecosystem of companies and brands targeting foreign markets. This is a long journey, requiring a lot of cooperation" - Quan confided.
