End of Ho Chi Minh City Billiards & Snooker Tournament 2023

This is the most important tournament of Billiards in Ho Chi Minh City in 1 year, gathering most of the high-class players of Ho Chi Minh City as well as the national level to participate. The tournament is also an opportunity to re-evaluate all the expertise, thereby finding the best force to participate in the national tournament. According to the State regulations, the prize structure for athletes participating in each event is 3 million VND for first place, 2 million VND for second place and 1 million VND for third place.

Sharing after the closing ceremony and award ceremony that took place this afternoon, June 4, Mr. Ly Kim Luan - Deputy Director of Phan Dinh Phung Sports Center and in charge of Billiards & Snooker Department of Ho Chi Minh City and General Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Billiards & Snooker Federation said: "The tournament took place with high professional quality. The players all showed stable performance, good competition status and are ready for the upcoming national final round".

At the 2023 National Billiards & Snooker Championship Finals taking place from June 8-18 in Phan Thiet, the Ho Chi Minh City Billiards & Snooker team aims to win 3 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 4 bronze medals, placing in the top 2 leading teams of the tournament.

Also sharing more about the plan of the Ho Chi Minh City Billiards & Snooker Federation in the coming time, Mr. Ly Kim Luan said that the Federation will focus on developing all Billiards contents, building a good tournament system from grassroots to professional to further promote this sport and train more new talents for Billiards Ho Chi Minh City in particular and the whole country in general.
