Italy Playing at home, "The Old Lady" was defeated 1-0 by the team in the bottom half of the scoreboard, Udinese, in round 24 of Serie A.
This is Juventus' third consecutive winless match and their second consecutive defeat in Serie A. On January 28, they were held to a 1-1 draw by Empoli, before losing 0-1 to rivals Inter in the Italian derby. Their poor form has left Max Allegri's side at a disadvantage in the title race. They have 53 points after 24 matches, seven points behind Inter, having played one more game.

Juventus attacked right after the opening whistle with the aim of scoring early to extinguish the hopes of Udinese - a team that is going through the worst period in the club's history with only 19 points after 23 matches.
However, not only were they unable to carry out their plan, Allegri and his team tasted bitter fruit in the 25th minute. From a free kick, Lazar Samardzic kicked a free kick into the home team's penalty area, creating a chaotic situation. Alex Sandro's indecisive block allowed center-back Lautaro Giannetti to tap the ball in and score.
Unexpectedly conceding a goal, the "Old Lady" put pressure on. However, despite creating an overwhelming game, controlling the ball up to 70% and launching 13 shots towards the goal compared to the opponent's 5, Juventus was unable to score. The most notable situation they created was when Arkadiusz Milik headed into the net in the 60th minute but was denied by VAR because the ball had gone out of the field when Federico Chiesa had taken a corner kick earlier.
Juventus fans have reason to worry about the quality of their team's attack. In the last two matches, Allegri's army has failed to score. Without key striker Dusan Vlahovic due to injury, Juventus was helpless against Udinese's crowded defense and suffered their first defeat against this opponent in Serie A since July 2020.
Juventus will visit Verona in the next match, round 25 of Serie A on February 18.
