On November 10, the Final Round of the "Excellent Customer Experience Competition 2023" for the Automobile sector organized by Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) took place in Vinh Phuc.
Since its presence in Vietnam, the Honda and HVN brands have always been products loved by Vietnamese customers because of their good product quality and after-sales service, bringing high satisfaction to customers. Customer Relations Officer Category
The Excellent Customer Experience Competition is organized with the aim of motivating and encouraging staff at Distributors nationwide to improve their knowledge and skills, so that they can effectively apply them to practical work, in order to create the best experiences for Customers when using Honda brand products and services.
Following the success of the 2022 competition, HVN continues to implement the 2023 Excellent Customer Experience Competition combining all 5 categories: "Customer Relations Officer", "Service Advisor", "Body Repair Technician", "Paint Technician" and "Spare Parts Staff". The competition is a useful and attractive playground to help employees have the opportunity to learn and share experiences, thereby applying them to practical work as well as best meeting the needs and bringing positive, outstanding experiences to Customers who have trusted the Honda brand over the past time.
Category Auto Body Repair Technician
698 contestants from Auto Distributors from all over the country registered to participate in the Contest. After the Elimination Round with various forms of competition, the 10 best employees in each category entered the Final Round to compete.
After a fierce competition, the Final Round of the Contest found the 3 best faces for each category.
