The first conference of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Cao Bang province

On the afternoon of December 10, comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies chaired the first meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

The Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies directly under the Provincial Party Committee were established under Decision No. 2082-QD/TU, dated February 10, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the basis of reorganizing the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and the Party delegations and Party executive committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. The functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies are implemented according to Regulation No. 257-QD/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee. Accordingly, they have the function of leading and directing the subordinate Party organizations, ensuring the completion of political tasks, organizational and personnel work; building a clean and strong Party organization, associated with building strong agencies, units, sectors and socio-political organizations.

At the conference, delegates reviewed, discussed and gave opinions on the work contents that need to be implemented so that the Provincial Party Committee can quickly come into operation, such as: developing a draft working regulation of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies; drafting the assignment of tasks to members of the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee; work on arranging the organization of specialized agencies, etc.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, highly agreed with the initial plan for assigning tasks. In the immediate future, urgently focus on receiving and handing over documents, party organizations, party members, payroll, documents, finance, and assets according to regulations; promptly establish advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee, perfect the apparatus, stabilize working positions, reorganize a number of grassroots Party organizations in accordance with the functions and tasks of the new model; develop working regulations, assign tasks to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee. With a spirit of high determination, "urgent tasks should be done first, clear tasks should be done immediately, and not too perfectionist", after completing the organization and apparatus, we will continue to improve, adjust, and organize activities to ensure streamlining, compactness, and effective operation. I request that the members of the Party Committee Standing Committee continue to promote their responsibilities and work experience to contribute to the Party Committee's activities in the coming time, perform well the leadership and direction functions of the affiliated Party organizations, and ensure the completion of assigned political tasks.
